By Sycotix

Unraid OS allows sophisticated media aficionados, gamers, and other intensive data-users to have ultimate control over their data, media, applications, and desktops, using just about any combination of hardware.

But what if you could virtualize Unraid in a VM? It would allow you to test the software and its updates, docker containers, plugins, and more in a controlled and safe environment.

Test plugins, docker container, and other changes without risk to your existing Unraid server.
Other benefits of Unraid VM:

  • Participate in Unraid 6.10 testing (and any future releases) without having to take any risk upgrading your main server.
  • Use our Cloudflare Argo tunnel and Tailscale videos to build a complete independent setup.
  • Try out adding drives, removing drives, changes to the parity drives, disaster recovery and, any other disk operation without fear of losing anything.

Hope you all enjoyed this video! A lot of work was involved from all parties for your pleasure. Don't forget to like and subscribe for more!
